That’s because we go deep into understanding the product we sell and believe it will help the smart home community.  However, sometimes you may find a product that may not suit your need or what you expected. It’s OK to change your mind. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days, for a full refund. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from date of order. Do provide us your order number so you will have to bring any documents with you.

To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once the goods is opened, we will not be able to accept any returns/refunds.


We will replace product purchase from us and at our cost items. If they are defective or damaged within the specified warranty period. *Note: Products can either be shipped to us or brought to our store for exchange.

How to Return An Item

Drop by our store in person for an exchange. Do drop us a call before heading down, just so we know we have the products ready for you. No one likes a second disappointment.

Alternatively ship the item back to us.

How refunds will be made to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your returns are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credited to PayNow account of your choice within 7days.

*in the unlikely event, ThinYa reserved the rights to reject refund should there be any tampering to the security seals.

Tips on shipping back to us

If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be liable for shipment lost.
